Teeny Tiny Travel Toys - Card Games

In addition to the oddly fun magnet ball toys, I’ve discovered tiny playing cards. There is probably no real practical reason for this, as the room that is saved is minimal. And they’re a little harder to hold/not lose on a plane (learned from very recent personal experience). But holy crap are they cute. And there was one set of our favorite card game listed on Amazon, so I went for it. Yay for tiny Skip-Bo!

Finally, baby Juliet can be included in a game.

Actually, one legit upside is that the cards are easier for Story to hold. It’s very hard not to cheat with her when she has to lay out her hand of cards because she can’t hold them all. So that’s pretty great. And I think if we’d been playing on anything other than a tiny, slippery table inside of a moving vehicle, it would have been perfect.

So we’ve found another travel toy that makes the cut for minimalist packing. Any others we should check out? Let me know!
